You're supposed to listen to music while rolling ? Wow... I was told that you should stand in front of a mirror, create an alter ego, and have a conversation with yourself for a half hour. Someone I know is very confused.


On a side note, I haven't rolled for quite some time, but I would definately like to hear some Matt Darey along with any track featuring piano when i partake in my next experience.

you are right my friend, but this is a fact that people are doing it. Remeber peeps to please party responsible and take care of your body and mind.. Remeber to take breaks and drink 5-htp to repenish serotonin used!

drink what to replenish serotonin?......never read anything about drinking anything to replenish the serotonin....heh...
