i haven't seen anything like that being available for the vmc004.
i don't remember what kind of faders the vmc004 have... i don't think it has pcv faders at all. check the faders, and see how many pins does the connector have. if it has 3 pins, then maybe you probably use a dial fader from the pmc-27mk2. i don't remember exactly, it's been a long time since i've seen the inside of the 27. i have never taken the faders out my old vmc004.
if that did work, you wouldn't be able to use the vmc004 face plate. you would have to take it off. you can try taking the faceplate to a machine shop, to punch holes in the fader area where the stem of the knob would poke thru... but that would require you to dissasemble the dial fader, and then reassemble it once you got the face plate back on. i don't know for sure, i've never done anything like this before.
take out one of the faders and see how many pins the connector has.
if it has 3 order ONE dial fader for the pmc27mk2. it's gonna be about 30 dollars for it. if the pmc27mk fader has the same pins, see if it fits in the space where the old fader was...
if you fader has 5 pins, like the pcv faders. tough cookies. niether the pmc500 or pmc-cx kit will fit.
good luck
