Recording Live Streams

Hello all,

I was wondering what you use to record live streams out of winamp, or windows media player? Because I got a pretty blastin connection, and I want to rip all of these sets, but I can't seem to find a program that will let me do this... unless i want to go all old sk00l, and use the little .wav recorder..lol

Any help would be very very appreciated!

Is there a site that streams live sets as mp3 fromt he radio? I don't mean like digitallyimported where it is prerecorded either. I'm talking about somewhere you could rip your own live essential mixes or something from.

personally, i think streamripper is the best, cos u can rip the stream directly, no quality loss from re-encoding an already compressed stream

If you're talking about a Winamp plugin that records DIRECTLY from the MP3 stream from SHOUTcast, then ICQ me at 145283256 to get it! It automatically records the stream as it's being recorded!
