Need Help

Any one know of any program that can help me create mp3 ringtones, or what i need to do to make them into ringtones. I know how to cut down the song to what i want but now what do i have to do to make it a ringtone

but search your cell phone manufacturer's website they usually have software specifically for this type of thing...
