what else is there besides the guvernment

Hey guys
I used to college in upstate ny so i would often treck up to see great djs at the guvernment
My friends also said they enjoyed going out to the comfort zone, although the way it was described to me it sounded like legitimately scary haha

anyway if i am up for a random weekend what are the best clubs bumpin house or trance to visit in toronto?
I have heard of system sound bar, how does it rank on any given fri or sat? any other clubs?

well atleast we have some boat cruises this summer.

but yeah.. I miss that place.

To the OP, check the Toronto events forum, there other venues that play electronic music outside of Guv that are worth checking out.

This is London and Sonic are some other notable venues that cater to electronic dance.

From what I've heard (Thanks MK ) Sonic can be solid. I know this is London has had some good events. There are a few; you just need to look around.

A better question would be who's playing and where? it's all about the DJ line up

but on regular nights, the drink and now skybar are still the place to be on a sat night imo.

Ya...System is gone Too bad you never got a chance to check it out.

There are quite a few places you can still check out beside the Guv though. As people mentioned, This is London, Sonic, Beba (on Thursdays), Comfort Zone!! And there's boat cruises every weekend it seems...with this nice weather who can complain.

You can check out The Gallery as well. It's where Charlie's used to be in the Guvernment. There's a seperate entrance...and is quite the hot spot for Zone DJs on a Saturday night. Entrance to the Guv doesn't open until 2 or 3ish either...so it's like it's own club.
