I heard a track which had the vocals "Bass in your face London" in it. It was a hardtrance/techno track. Has anyone got the title of this track??

Public Domain - Operation Blade, it uses a sample from the Blade movie, from the opening scene. It was original done by The New Order Confusion.
And its "Bass in the Place, London".
Its also been used by Warp Brothers vs. Aquagen - The Phatt Bass and theres also a bootleg out with The Prodigy I think its called The Operation anthem?????

Yep, sure was. And the video was shot at the Opera House in Bournemouth 'cos one of my mates is in it!!
