[Proggy] Charlie Darwin - The Temple

Hey all!

After about 2 months of writers block I finaly managed to get a track down that's at least presentable. Hope you enjoy it! If you leave a review be sure to post a link to your own review pages so I can return the favour.

Review Latest Track; Charlie Delta - Then The Days Where Long

Music is as universal to people as breathing. We've probably been at it since before we even started talking. Immaging two cavemen smashing away at a peace of flint to make a spearhead. It wouldn't take long for them to learn te synchronise the sound. And there you have it, the words first percussive band.

Music has survived wars, famines, the plague and many other things and has evolved with man across many cultures. Dance music is just the next step in the evolutionary chain. My guess is that it will probably be with us untill we are extinced.

The intro is way too long and the random percussion sounds weird.
Ok, stuff is starting to happen at 1:23.
The "singing" synth is really, really cool.
I'd like there to be something to fill out the mid-low frequencies of the track. Maybe a sidechained bass pad ontop of the existing bassline? It's a good track, but it could use improvement in the arrangement and something to fill it out more, it feels a tad empty.

I agree with Eldritch, though I see what you were trying to do with the intro. Personally the whole mix sounds sparse, too sparse. Using space for contrast is cool, but there needs to be a payoff.

There is lots of good stuff in there though. Keep at it, it's worth it. :-)
