I am a fan of your music as well mate, you are doing some very cool shit with Ableton. This mix took me a long time to finally get together, partly beacuse I was making the transition to Ableton + CDJs + the Ecler Nuo 4 mixer and I'm such a procrastinator when it comes to warping/arranging shit. You can always expect an enjoyable, well put together, and artistic mix from max and this does nothing to break that trend. This is a dj that not only knows how to put together a rocking set for a live crowd but how to put together a mix with flow and a nice feel to it without resorting to the overplayed bombs that everyone else has been using. It's also nice to see (hear)that you're using ableton to do more than the traditional cdj/vinyl mix and embracing the new technology. My personal favorites on the mix are "Sedna", "Vapour Trails", and "Home". Keep up the good work man and hopefully there will be somewhere for u to play in Boston soon.

Although i can't download this one, I've always been a fan of your mixes Max. You should really start putting your name out more in the Chicago area, you've definitely got talent.

thanks dubs & uwm, I definately want to...hopefully I will be coordinating a big night this fall bringing in some big names to Chicago so that should give me a chance to get out there a bit more. in the mean time,,, i am a full time student and I work a shit load in the summer so it can be tough to find time...but what can I say this is my passion and I am glad you all enjoy it as much as I do!
