There really is no proper way of doing fried rice, you are only limited by your imagination, budget and lazynes.

Chicken will stay fresh in the fridge for several days after being cooked.

I hate this 'throw food out cos its passed its useby date'.

Useby dates are rubbish. The food is off when it smells or gets furry.
