Another mod for the dj promotion forums.
I know we need more mods in general, but the dj promotion forums have recently been getting more and more bogged down with new members disregarding the sticky located at the top directing to the proper locations to advertise their online broadcasts.
It's getting semi annoying to me as there seems to be a new thread every day, or at least every other day that advertises someone's radio broadcast and/or live tracklist posting in this forum.
I think it'd be helpful to get another mod in there to close and lock threads so that maybe these new kids would have a shining example of what will happen when they post threads like that in improper locales. And it seems like Luke Terry is hardly ever on, or at least rarely ventures there, and JayD is just never on

plus a big 1! who would you suggest to become a moderator?
i wouldnt mind doing it either, im here most of the time (i dont have a life) but its up to Swamper.. it ofcourse has to be a trust worthy person in order to make someone a moderator.. i think it would be someone close or a friend from swamper whos most likely to become one, but again i wouldnt mind doing it..

tbh i doubt swamper will make you a mod as you have only been here since the start of the year, you seem sensible enough to me tho!

Oh I highly doubt either of us would get it, but it doesn't matter to me who really does it, preferably someone who's coherent and reasonable. I think UWM would be a good addition since I remember sometime recently that he was in the loop to attain the position that Floorfiller currently has. I don't know what exactly happened, but he could probably be a fine addition for the dj/production forum moderation. He's been here a long time and he's sensible and he is usually on once a day or so.
Though that is up to him whether or not he'd like the responsibility, and it also all boils down to whether or not Swamper would condone it. It just seems like he's so hard to sway for change though, or additions to moderators. And that is something I fail to ascertain.
