When I'm lifting though I find it impossible to listen to trance. Only the loudest and most badass American and British rock will do. |
basically, + 1. Mixes without lots of ups & downs for cardio (doesn't really matter what kind...just whatever sort of stuff I'm really into at the moment); Rammstein, Opeth, & the harder Tool stuff for lifting.
