Help: Streaming Video Ripping?

hi does someone know how to rip a video steam onto your computer? the file type when i d/l it is like 8k in size and is and asx file.. my friend is needing this http://livestream.chumtv.com/Video-5-2.asx for her presentation and im just trying to help her out.
