you can download this game from free and ligal. but people are still willling to pay for a game so old, just becoue it plays on DS?

Not to mention that it's totally being re-done in 3D. Might even be plenty of additions to the title since the cartridge has more to work with.

Its not the same game rom. Its been completely redone and updated for the DS.
