Dammit, I misread the poll. I voted for no - as in "no, I wouldn't mind"
I think it would take some of the mystery out of things for sure. Sure you have the clean guys who still might want to compete with the dopers in series' or leagues where they can't easily seperate the two.
To be fair, individual sports like running or cycling should have a doped / not-doped distinction. I think more prestige would be levied on the "clean" series, though they would still have to be very strict on their doping checks & rules.
Shit like football (nfl style) and baseball can be a free-for-all. Might make them more exciting.
This reminds me of that SNL skit where the weight lifter rips his arms off 
I guess time will tell soon enough with regards to the long-term health effects on some of the guys like McGwire and the other juicers. Zero sympathy when they have serious health issues due to their heavy roid use.
