Hey TAs... I'm toying with the idea of buying two CDJ1000 MK3s, but don't know where to find them cheap. Is $1300 USD the going rate? The most I'd want to pay is $1000... Any help?

If you have a Guitar Center around you, see if you can negotiate that price. I got my CDJ 1000 MK2s last summer for only around $950 a piece. They should probably get it around $1,000 or $1,100. Some online stores might also be able to negotiate a price. Try agiprodj.com

I got my mk2s from a Taj Mahal on canal street.
Haggled down a fair chunk for cash....... got them for a very very good price.

I am 99% sure that it was called Taj Mahal. Will check the invoice and post if I am remembering things incorrectly.

Rock & Soul (7th/34th ish - block up from macys) also offered me a similar deal for cash.

i got mine for 980.... but i used a 20% off thingy... lucky

it was @ guitar center... a one day deal. i got lucky i guess as i said.

Most places selling under MSRP will leave you with no warranty but Djdeals.com will ship them for 1100 and give you (their) 1 year warranty.
