You'll have that, just gotta be patient. Quality work will rarely, if ever happen overnight. Don't spend too much time on a project or you'll only burn yourself out. You'll need breaks every now and then to give your ears a rest.

yea, thanks for the advice. that's something i definitely didn't do last night.
it also doesn't help that i'm somewhat of a perfectionist, and i'm working on ableton with only a mouse.
i'll get it though, and let you guys know when it's done. i'm curious to get feedback, as much negative as possible, since i might be DJing for some parties back at school...

I could not agree with you more. I put my tracklist on ableton before I actually throw it down to give it a listen and have probably gone through about 100 changes before settling on what I have. Hope you like.
