A while ago I stumbled upon some videos of a dj by the name of Jeff Mills. These videos which originally came from this thread posted by TA user K.I.K.E. amazed me very much and had me bopping my head constantly. I really could not stop dancing to the nastiness of his set. Simply put, Jeff Mills is a legend. For those unfamiliar with ol' Jeff, let's just say he helped set the foundations for the birth of techno music.

Nobody listens to techno anymore, lol. I tried!

not too many people on this board know what techno is. They think it's the name posers give to electronic dance music.

Techno still works real well in clubs. It's just not as easy listening as trance.

Jeff Mills is a fucking legend. Funny thing however is that I'd rather sit down and listen to Jeff Mills than dance to his sets at a club. He's more of a "man he's so good i'd rather be watching him" kind of DJ.

Techno is awesome when in the right state of mind. A positive state....
