Damn, hehe, i was planning on making it out last nite, but got home from work exhausted, layed down, and didn't wake up till 4 this morning.

Decided to venture out on a wednesday night...good to see a number of familiar faces...hope everyone had fun

highlight of the night:

sitting at my desk right now, onto my 2nd coffee. its not helping.

lots of fun last night after many stressful moments leading up to the event. note to self: dont play host to out of town friends the same night as a gig. bahhh.

lastnight was a fucking blast!

jon threw down a groovy, soulful tribal/house set that got the party started perfectly. people were loving it, and i couldnt believe how rocking you guys were and the place had been open for no longer than an hour and a half!

i originally was going to record both of our sets, but due to some technical difficulties - it couldnt be done. i'll be throwing together (as close of a tracklisting i played last night) and re-recording, and if jon would like to do the same hopefully we can put something together in the next week or so.

back to work, for now - and thank you all for coming on such short notice. it was great seeing you all.

p.s. - thank you to christina and sean for asking us to do this event! hope the tunes were to your liking and you were happy with the turnout

Laura, great to meet you! As well as putting aliases to faces and names I already knew...

I have a couple of pics of Chris and his Superman T-shirt (a purchase I made from England last year) but I have no idea how to put them up. I am sure there are instructions somewhere but as i am leaving at 3 for the airport, I am far too busy to look. Will someone give me the Coles notes version? Thanks

hehe SPRINKLER!

I was quite perturbed by the fact that everyone was saying "I LOVE your hair Rach, it looks great!" when I had had it in an elastic all day and pulled it out, sprayed some hairspray and walked out of the door! Who knew a 5 minute 'get-ready' was all that was needed! All those wasted blow drying hours.....

Don't you worry Mr. Button, you had far more on your plate. I came out to shake off the incessant calorie intake I had yesterday and succeeded!

Leaving at 3pm, Dan and Chris are taking me to the airport - don't party too hard without me!

Ok. Now that I'm awake for a proper review...

Fun. Smaller TA events are fun.
Jon Jon haus don't disappoint. Still think first half was better than second.
Jeff was good.
Both of them played ass grooving music.
Met some new people and got to talk to some people. Last thing I remember from Beba is Kevin in search of some pizza. I wonder if he made it as he didn't look so good. LOL

Small TA events are fun.
