Do i A) spend sunday and monday at the notting hill carnival watching my GF dance or B) go one day only, spend the other day at home mixing and also go out to frantics 9th birthday ??

depends which would result in more sex. I'm sure the GF would prefer you stay and watch her. If that means she'll put out, make use of that opportunity

but ive not been clubbing in ages

id still go carnival on monday, im tempted not to go on sunday tho in favour of staying in and having my 1st proper mix for 6 months
