I've seen Pvd, Tiesto, Ferry Corsten, Mauro Picotto, Taucher, Sasha

PvD is the best followed very closely by Ferry. Sasha sucks ass :P

I've only seen Tiesto, Max Graham, and Dave Ralph....so the best would have to be Tiesto...my answer will probably change on March 29th when I see PVD spin live in NYC...so i'll let everyone know.
