Eurythmics - Sweet Dreams (Steve Angello Remix)

superb remix on the 80's classic. 8.5/10
though its been played out a while by the e.g. the Swedish House Maffia, and other house DJ's, i was wondering if this remix has been released yet, or if anyone has some info ona future release date ....

cheers,
huub

It was released about a year back as a b-side to 'Eurythmics - I've Got A Life'. Check discogs for more details. I don't think it's anything special tho compared to a million other remixes of the track.

Probably my no.1 "never ever EVER want to hear this tune again" tune.

Heard it 5 times on the 2nd day of Dance Valley this year. Then Armin played it as his "one last tune".

Craziness.

Tenaglia remix was never officially released as a Eurythmics single or a b-side to one. It was available on a few whitelabels such as THIS and THIS and also on an unofficial Tenaglia remix collection HERE. Tenaglia made a few slightly differing remixes so i'm not sure whether all the mentioned releases feature the exactly same version..

My personal fav remix of Sweet Dreams is Dave Angel's Nightmare Mix though.

Steve first played this on his Essential in 2005, and because of that i can't stand listening to it anymore. It was released as said before on the b-side of I've Got A Life from Sony BMG.

I don't think Steve Angello's remix is exceptionally good, but I do enjoy listening to it now and then. H0wever, whenver it is in a dj set, I skip over it. It has been played to death lately.
