Like he said but i'll reiterate....
2 Pioneer CDJ 200s
1 Mixer (possibly Numark DXM06 or 09, Pioneer DJM 400, Ecler Nuo 2 or Nuo 3, Vestax VMC-004 or PCV 275)
that's pretty much all you need to start with, and headphones and tunes on MP3, MP4 or WAV.

if u dont like cdj or working with cds, u can start with software based dj programs. ableton is one of the good ones nowadays that im enjoying more and more day by day. get the demo version and get a midi mixer. this will teach u the concept of djing, mixing, mashing, eqing leaving other stuff such as beatmatching which can sometimes be annoying for beginners.
i started out with numark cd 1, now i use cdj 800s, ableton ...
if u want to start out decent, get what was suggested. cdj 200 and a simply 2 channel mixer, and maybe ableton demo as well.
