but besides that, tryouts for ballpeople are this thursday, june 29 at 4 pm at the national tennis center (across from shea stadium).

i bought my tickets 4 days ago.....i got Friday of the first week and in the second week i got the men's quarter final match. Hopefully i will see Andre that night.

cheapest are first three night sessions in ashe. best days to go are when the matches are quarterfinals and later.

best place to buy is at the box offices at the tennis center. that way you don't have to deal with ticketmaster charges

during the first week, you can see the most matches
there is also a grounds pass available during that time, which is good for everything except Arthur Ashe Stadium

also, in the days before the tournament, you can go in for free, to see players practice, as well as qualifying matches
