I bought a Geforce 8x agp card for my brother. the problem is, when I installed it in the computer, the colours got messed up. the red seems to be gone, in addition to other colors. this starts from the first text that come on when you swithc the pc, not just when windows loads.
I installed the driver (even the newest one from the web)and tried to change the settings around, but still no use.

we had an ATI card. I removed the geforce and put ati back, and the colours worked again, so it's not from the monitor or the cable.

any of you guys know what the problem might be?

also remember'd that 2 geforce cards had similar issues with me. maybe best to stick with ati or do like I did and build a new pc and use pci-e
