[Melodic Trance] Orion

Hey everybody, this is my newest and best song ever (in my own opinion). It features a powerful and strong trance lead, a jumping beat, and pretty good mastering. I really pushed myself hard to make this track. I'd really appreciate some feedback and/or suggestions on this track.

Thanks!

Trance Addict Review

A Bit Biased Perhaps
To Start off, it seems lately producers love to extend their
intros with this progressive wave hitting the scene.
I'm not a big fan of the bassline, it seems like oomp-itis is trying
to revive itself and take over the complex running basslines nowadays.
Kick is nice and present, but it seems like it needs a bit more fullness to it. Percs need to come out a bit more. Snare rolls are very crisp and taste. Melody-wise it did nothing for me, it seemed a little bland.

I'm not really in the mood to write a massive review, but it seems your build up needs a break

If you feel like you need to, I suggest you take it back to the sequencer and give it more melody.

Cheers

Thanks alot for the review and suggestions. For me, melodies are quite a struggle to make. I do not know why. Maybe I haven't had enough exposure to other trance music producers or something. I don't know. It's not bad for a 16 year old producer from Oregon, is it?

Sounds good, I like the melody! Nice synths. I agree with Kris about the kick it needs more fullness. Well done, I like it! Keep it up!
