Being slightly hung-over at work isn't as much the issue (have something to eat, drink a litre of water and the nausea passes quickly).
What bothers me is the sluggish mental state and sub-prime efficiency that one goes through the next day. I enjoy work the most I get lots done, fly through tasks, innovate, invigorate, etc. If I'm not at 100%, I'm not 100% satisfied.

I am right there with you today, RJ. I had a blast and food, water, etc has done me good but my brain is on distraction mode hardcore.
My berfday kidnapping to Denver last night is making me a basketcase. The tunes were good - one thing I will say against Denver is that they SUCK AT DANCING!!!! They bob, sway, and hump - I was just dancing and people were staring at me like I was a freak I was moving faster than a snail.
I MISS TORONTO!
