That's one of Renaults current F1 cars at Donnington UK last weekend, being shown off by Renaults F1 display team, the first few seconds they are warming the car up then . . . you need to see it, amazing stuff and i was lucky enough to be there to witness it

They made an engine sing "We are the Champions" last year after winning the championship.

It's amazing that they can produce tones like that just through revs.

This is cool. I didn't know engines could do that.

Thats awesome, how do they do it? program it the ecu maps?

Kinda, the car is being run from a laptop, which is programmed with the correct RPM for each tone.

It's crazy what they can do with progammed throttle inputs. Someone like Jeff Mills needs to have an F1 engine running through a laptop to use in a Live PA along with his 909 & decks

There's one where the car's playing the Asturian anthem as well (anthem of the region where Alonso is from), pretty sweet. I didn't know they could do this either.
