I would avoid buying pro-audio gear from suite GAMEDUDE.com

I might be a snob or something...but in generall I believe all creative cards are optimized for gaming, therefore you can't expect them to work as pro-audio interfaces

I agree with BOOsTER.
If you want a budget card, look at the E-MU 0404. I use it and it works great. The M-Audio cards are also good.
