Pretty sure this is one of the guys from C2C, one of those teams from the DMC. They have multiple vinyls on 4 decks and layer them pretty damn well. Im sure I saw this clip on the Ortofon website in the DJ > Turntablism section of their site, though I cant find it now. There are heaps of other clips of theirs on there too.
Definitely a good look at just how much work and how they put everything together, really interesting clip
