Any of the ones already mentioned or Man Machine. Also well worth checking out ex Kraftwerk member Karl Bartos' album Communication. Once you listen to that you'll see he had much greater influence on the Kraftwerk sound than he's given credit for

Get a DVD as kraftwerk live with the whole visual thing destroy Kraftwerk on CD.
