hmmm still cant get it, here is my setup:

I have midisport (8 midi out, 8 midi in) hooked up usb into my pc. I have My roland jp 8080 midi out INTO midisport midi channel 1 in , and midisport midi channel 1 out going to my jp 8080 midi IN. Then I use the winjplib as follows but nothing transfers..

it works but look closelly to the midi in connection in your JP ...

got the rb2k1 sounds in the jp 8080, however now my midi keyboard wont play the jp 8080.. i must have done something to it because when i first got the 8080 i tried it and evertyhing was working fine.

in case you are not able...try switching the midi ports from MIDI IN to REMOTE KBD IN an the other way around.see wich one works better with your WINJPLIB
