Krisit and I are going to Vegas around New Years, Dec. 27-30. We'll then be flying back and spending a few days at a cabin in Helen. Ah yes...heaven awaits!

Anyway.....we've been working on our agenda (Gambling, shows, etc...) and was wondering if anyone had any advice. She's been several times before, I'm a virgin.

Mainly, we're wondering if anyone knows anything about the club scene there. Ice is definitely on the list and I'm terribly upset that Ferry is playing the evening of the day I leave (early flight - 7:30AM!) Grrr.

Anyhow, Ice is all I can think about in terms of EDM but would love to hear if anyone has any suggestions

there are alot of places to hit,if you are looking for pure debauchery then hit rain at the palms or that ghost bar they have their...music is all over the place.
ra at the luxor is beautiful but again music is all over the place.
Pure is a very trendy star ****** type of club to go to and also very pricey.

ice is a solid club in vegas. there is a resident there named farsheed. the guy is awesome. check it out.

well if you are looking for some cool music you can try late night empire. They haven't announced anything yet, but usually on friday nights they have faarsheed, who is as previously mentioned, amazing.


Jet at teh mirage has also recently been bringing in some talent, zabs fanculi pete tong and more. So they might also have some stuff going on.


Ice probably will have something going on that friday but I think they are gonna sink all their eggs into the ferry night and sunday night. Friday I am sure they will bring someone in, probably donald glaude who is always solid, dj dan, irene and the like. I see em here all the time so I never get excited...


so check out Ice, Empire Ballroom, and maybe even Jet. The rest of the places play hip hop with some occasional pop house, or if they have a house room, its not that great of music.

oh and scratch ice off your list, this next sat is its last weekend supposively. So it will be closed by the time you are out here

Drais is a great afterhours spot as well....Just make sure you are careful in there as there is alot of security.

empire ball room is tons of fun and have great djs and afterhours and it's a beautiful club. heavy on the security though so be good

farsheed is usually there.

also, if you see any shows i loved zumanity, amazing and very sexy. also the phantom of the opera at the venitian is really good!!!!
