Hi,

I'm wanting to host a network game on FM06, and with me connecting to the internet via a router - my IP is masked and the game wont work through a masked IP.

I have opened the specific ports on the router which the program requires - but to no avail.

I've been told that I need to:

"You need to map the external port to your pc's nic"

How do I map the external port to my pc's NIC?

My router is a Linksys BEFW11S4.

Yeah I done that. But I need to get my ip unmasked. I tried doing it myself last night but failed miserably.

there is no way you can play with a Router

i expereinced the same u need a direct connect with ur internet modem
