Trance Isn't Trance

Mathew Jonson - Marionette

I only recently discovered this release, as featured on Sound of the Sixth Season, and have completely fallen in love with it. Both mixes are over 11 minutes long, and I can't help listening on repeat, especially the original. Talk about trance...

Good tune.

Some of his earlier releases on it is what it is are much better tho. Namely Typerope/maginc thru music and she is he/freedom engine.

His new stuff as cobblestone jazz is also on the money.

Ritchie Hawtin was whoring this tune last year. But jesus dont call it trance ffs. The minimal brigade would go into meltdown if they thought their saviour was playing something of a trance tune!

trance, minimal, house, and polka.. who cares!!!!! its quality music.

Mat does write more trancy, thats a given.
