As far as I am aware the remixes submitted by cressidia are all FOC, FOC remixes do not carry any contract as there are no payment terms to agree. We are acting under instruction from cressidia to include the remixes on the release, if there are any problems then please get in touch with myself or Cressidia to clear up any concerns.
