I've been, it's a great city, however, without knowing your interests it's impossible to give tips on what to see and or do in a city with the variety of London.

Myself, if I were heading back to London the first thing I would do is find Kroot!

Living here means I havent done much touristy really, just some galleries and museums and the London Eye.

I guess watchign a west-end theater show is a must-do for those inclined, I want to see Avenue Q
