Just listened to your track. It is very oldskoolish. I quite like the melody of the leadsection, it has a hook that I can remember.
Productionwise u could work a bit more on the beat. Just a little loop playing with the kick would already do wonders for the drive in the track. Besides that the track sounds a bit dry. A touch of reverb here and there in the melodic parts and a nice floating pad playing behind the build up and leadsynth would give the track a bit more width and subtlety.
Other than that I quite like what u have done, it reminds me a bit of a transa track and I used to love transa!
