My advice to to edit your post so it makes more sense.

these are quite hard to get out of here in the states. not sure about abroad but here in the states they are VERY specific in the language they use to pretty much rip you a new asshole.

the seller told u it was possible but when u got the contract did u read it even the small lines?

usually there are some clauses in case of a contract's breach ....by the will of only one of the people who contracted ....so u basically broke the contract before the legal ending so at least here in our system of law u would have to pay maybe not for the subscription but more because u caused to this compagny some tort (financial tort) so i think aint sure cuz im not familiar with german law but i think u have to pay in any case

my mobile phone network have changed a bottun on the phone so everytime i click on it accidently it will go on internet which then will charge me, now i owe them 10 fucking quid for basicly clicking on the button accidently!!!! should i sue them for changing the button to go on internet?? am i making myself clear here?

rofl in most phones you can change that to whatever you want.

I had the same thing with o2 in germany. I was able to get out of it b/c i was a student and not an EU citizen.

Wow and I thought it was tough here in Australia. All we need to do is phone the provider and ask for it to be disconnected. If it's under a contract then you'll need to pay the remainder of the contract out but that's it.

Feel sorry for you guys.
