Just got back from the doctor, and BAM! Pneumonia!

Apprently you're infinitely more susceptible to infection in the year following mono than normally. This is no doubt exascerbated by the fact that college classrooms are essentially breeding grounds for infection... God damn hippies gettin' me sick!

In any event, anyone care to share random home remedies with me? What did all your mums and daddies do for you when you had pneumonia?

drink lots of fruit/vegtable juices

and as crazy as it sounds, sesame seeds are valuable in pneumonia.

i tried to take a bite out of the screen

I tried running in 28 degree weather and doing stairs for 15 minutes or so.

It made me cough up blood. Then I tried drinking massive quantities of alcohol, and I just wanted to die I felt so bad. THen I sat around in a robe and drank tea for a few days:



thats me very unhappy with my pneumonia.

I finally went to a doctor and he gave me some anti-biotics and after a month of pneumonia it cleared it up in 3-4 days.

I'm pretty sure I may play up the "muscle pain" that's going along with my insomnia to try to at least bilk these docs out of some muscle relaxers to help me sleep!
