argh and its gotta be just one precinct in virgina that's struggling cause its got 99% reported, but i guess that precinct has more than 8 thousand people cause its still not decided
bleh
edit: wtf on cnn.com i've been following it and you can view races by state and whatnot, and then down to the county
every county says they have 100% of precincts reported...so wtf
where's the missing votes...absentees?
edit2: ignore that part above this, i was only looking at counties a-c |
Also MSNBC.com:
| quote: | | In Virginia, Democrat Jim Webb claimed victory but led Sen. George Allen by fewer than 8,000 votes out of just more than 2.3 million cast. Several thousand votes remained to be counted later Wednesday in heavily Democratic precincts in the Washington suburbs, raising the prospect that Webb’s lead could grow, but Allen was counting on a good showing in military absentee ballots, and a recount looked more and more likely. |
