Well, I for one LOVE minimal, whether or not its the 'in' thing right now...
anyway, just to some it up and not go into too much detail
check out
Loco Dice
Sleep Archive
Matthew Dear aka. False, Audion
Richie Hawtin (of course!!)
Alex Under
Robert Hood
newer James Holden
and just browse beatport.com and dancerecords.com
hopefully this helps
been really getting into this stuff and just be sure to grab as many tracklists as you can by your favorite dj's and do searches on the artists! Tons and tons of producers doing this stuff right now

Well, its debatable. I'm not much of genre labeling and 'Oh thats not that' and what not. But some the tracks on At The Controls, note i said SOME are indeed minimalistic, including 10101..thats my opinion. I dont think minimal, or techno or whatever has to be just clicks and blips. And the track he posted, is NOT just clicks in blips, theres evidence of melody and tonality which is also evident in Holden's newer minimalistic productions.
Also +1 for the last post
Great labels also-
Trapez
Relay
Zzz = amazing
Phonocult
Spectral Sound
now because im NOT going to get into a genre debate, i doubt that all the music on these labels are 'minimal'...but definitley some sick tracks that would work in perhaps a minimal techno aimed set.
and with that, im done being a jackoff

People keep talking about minimal, but classical labels like basic channel are not mentioned, a bit strange e?This means that the three BEST minimal producers of ALL time are not mentioned.Namely Maurizio, Basic Channel and Fluxion!I consider Fluxion to be the best ever...
Fluxion- "Lark"
http://mp3.juno.co.uk/MP3/SF34502-01-01-01.mp3
Fluxion- "Atlas"
http://mp3.juno.co.uk/MP3/SF34502-01-02-01.mp3
(Amazing hypnotic track that keeps building and building...)
Fluxion- "Redundant"
http://mp3.juno.co.uk/MP3/SF70922-01-01-01.mp3
Fluxion- "Deviation-1"
http://mp3.juno.co.uk/MP3/SF70922-01-02-01.mp3
Fluxion- "Friction-Pulse"
http://mp3.juno.co.uk/MP3/SF62490-01-02-02.mp3
The crazy thing about this music is that you can get very strange acoustic effects by just listening to it. For example there is somekind of aural ambiguity, which means that you can get different perceptions (acoustic interpretations) of a single tune depending on which aspect of the tune (rhythm, sample, melody)you choose to pay attention to.
Anyway enough with this psychological stuff, i would also like to reccomend another site which is full of free downloadable minimal dj sets. Its the famous (in minimal circles) Betoni...
http://www.adapteri.com/betoni/
Oh yeah...Monolake, David Alvarado, John Tejada and Aril Brikha are also great.
