I just listened to your samples: Sound quality is good, could be Reason or some softsynth...

Sample1: Melody a bit cheesy, but commercial
Sample2: Good Sounding
Sample3: good sounding, my favourite
Sample4: didn't like this very much
Sample5: again good sounding, but also a little bit cheesy
Sanple6: good sounding


Perhaps you should work a litte bit more on "sad" melodies, I mean you should use more minor chords, the Synths you have are great.
