Havent been to either of those stores in a while, but as far as I know when I used to live in Austin, Waterloo was the spot. They always carried the names I wanted and I bought from them quite frequently, until some asshole decided it'd be cool to show his friends how well he broke into my apt. I lost everything, hence im trying to make deals with peeps on vinyl trading. As much as I'd love to get into cd mixing, i just cant afford that right now.
Im not too sure, but i think i might be getting some good $ for x-mas, so im gonna swing by waterloo and see what those cats have in stock for me I'll let you know when I make another run for austin so we can go vinyl shopping.
now sit back and watch the gay remarks start flying at me...

Purist mentality. I'm so glad I moved to digital.

Thinking about getting CDJ200s. Digital is so much easier it looks like. I mean, you can buy so many tunes off places like beatport and all the trance label websites...it's amazing!

Negative. You just have to get to know people. Dirks mom works at Waterloo so I visit there regularly.

I'd be surprised if you found any EDM vinyl at Waterloo, Cheapo, or Antone's.
I would recommend Dj Dojo (if still open) and Turntable Records (same).
I doubt they have Trance. Its either close-minded Drum and Bass djs or Gay House afficionados running the show.
