ummmm, over the 19 years Delerium have been formed they have released so many stunning tracks it's impossible to me to name just one favorite.
Hell i could not even make a short list of 10 tracks to name as my favorites, simply because it changes according to my mood or what style i favour at the time.
I didn't even like Silence that much. Thought there were better songs on Karma than that one.
...and, considering the track never got big until Tiesto remixed it, I'd say everyone else thought the same as well.

most delerium songs dont become that huge until they get remixed though dont they? and the original silence was just boring imo which is why it didnt get big until it was remixed. its vocals were beautiful nonetheless

Most Delerium songs didn't get remixed to the degree they do now until it suddenly became commercially viable. Now, the two of 'em make soccer-mom ready MOR music that can easily be made into a slew of epic trance ch00ns for the Dutch the play out.
(yes, I do miss the old Delerium)
