Image Line Software has announced the imminent release of FL Studio 7. In version 7, particular emphasis has been given to improved workflow through enhanced interface design, so that ideas can be crystallized and creativity captured.
FL Studio will be officially released at upcoming NAMM Show, 18-21 January 2007 at the Anaheim Convention Centre, Anaheim, CA, USA (Image Line Software will be co-exhibiting with Music Marketing in Hall A, booth# 6828). FL Studio will be available in the store around mid-February 2007.

Got the beta, some nice new features, the sampler looks good but keeps crashing, there's a new EQ, haven't had too much of a play around as I'm trying to reaquaint myself with the Virus C lol.

i think they did that in one of the beta's... i havent tried any of them yet so im hoping the 7.0 is gonna kick ass

Edison is a wonderful wave editing tool, but the thing i'm loving most is the Fruity Parametric EQ 2. While the sample is playing it shows you specral analysis under the editing portion so that you can see how the sound changes as you tweek parameters. Its absolutely wonderful and makes tweaking much faster and easier.
