He was born in Aleksandrow Kujawski, nearby Toruń. Since the youngest years he had fallen in love with music. His technique of mixing was modeled on the best djs which he esteems till now: Johan Gielen - music and contact with public, Paul Van Dyk - persistence, Ferry Costern - technique. Sets of Alex Pain are full of music which he identifies with; obviously it's trance music. Although his preferred music is trance, he presents various energetic genres as well as tribal of techno.
He says: "This music joins generations, it’s hard modern beat and beautiful melodious sounds. Thanks to people's view which react spontaneously when I play, I have satisfaction from my work and motivation for further progress." His music is being estimated by his fans in whole Poland and by DJs as well. As a proof it has to be mentioned that Alex played on such popular Polish events as Sunrise Festival in Kołobrzeg’s Amphitheatre and also on Sunrise with Ekwador which took place in Rewal.
In 2005 he made his first track "Monotone", which was popular in several clubs in Poland. Clubs in which he had pleasure to present his gig were e.g. the Arena, , 7th Heaven, Hipnoza, Genesis, Omen, Sfinx, Imperium - Olsztyn, Imperium - Bolesławiec,Brzeski Protector and many more...

Until quite lately he was the resident of Crazy Club. He became the resident in 2004 year playing there trance music. Alex got there many fans, he took care about unambiguously consistently Trance climate of this club. He gained thanks these fans who follow for him on different events where Alex Pain has appeared. He played with Blank & Jones, Gabriel and Dresden, Andain, Tall, Woody van Eden, Matt Dix (Ministry Of Sound ) Ernesto vs. Rampart, Johan Gielen, Sam Sharp aka Sander van Dorn, Ron Van de Buuken, Svenson, The Matrix, Ladee Jane, Above & Beyond, Safri Duo, as well as forefront Polish DJs.
He is the creator of sets, named, Trance4mania, which appeared from time to time on Internet in Polish Radio Station. Playing them, Alex Pain shows what he really loves.
