Been curious about something. When I look for music, sometimes I will see a track that is listed twice under two labels. I just saw one that was listed under Anjunabeats and Ultra.

Doesn't this create a conflict of interest?

the original label may have release rights for awhile, even though another's picked it up, correct?

also, they have different distribution areas. so two labels might pick up the same track, one for europe, one for the u.s. etc

Yes very correct. nothing pisses me off more than when i want a track off of beat port and it gives me a damn territory pop up.
