I reinstalled FL and all of a sudden i can't stretch the program across my two monitors. I clicked on the button in options that says don't limit windows to screen and when i try to hit maximize on it, nothing happens. Anyone help?

Did you try un-maximizing (i know, not a word) it and then stretching it across to the 2nd monitor manually? The maximize button locks your app to one screen(for any app), unless you have the nvidia drivers with the dual screen maximize button.

its the way u have ur video settings set up, go into ur ati/nvidia controll panel
