I'm interested in buying 1-5gallons of restaurant-style spicy salsa (ones that arent chunky). Can anyone recommend a brand?

Buy a food processor and make fresh salsa, it's 1000x better.
But otherwise I recommend Paco. It's pretty hard to get fat off of salsa (impossible really), but you can take in a lot of salt from store bought salsas.
