My point is that sendentarism - lack of movement or staying in a static state constantly - has lead to societal weight gain, which in turn can lead to all sorts of ailments, etc. Televison and computers play a big role in this. Without my training three days a week and dancing on weekends, walking, etc, being the postwhore that I am would make me a porker.
